Andrew Blue Sky, Oneida Nation, is a writer and artist. Raised in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, he contributed his photography, design, and illustration in television and print publications including CNN, Bloomberg TV, Spin Magazine, and Architectural Digest. For thirteen years, he supported news gathering operations at ABC News. This included creating design and photography for the network’s website and digital news channel, as well as photographing media events around New York. He received his Master’s Degree from the Institute of American Indian Arts in Santa Fe, New Mexico, where his focus centered on creative non-fiction and screenwriting. He completed his undergraduate studies in photography at the College for Creative Studies in Detroit, Michigan, exploring the combination of digital imagery and traditional photographic processes.
